The LARIO project will revive the centre of Dolní Měcholupy.
In the very heart of Dolní Měcholupy, a modern residential project LARIO will be built, which will offer a total of 74 residential units in 2+kk, 3+kk, and 4+kk layouts. Each apartment will have a balcony, terrace or front garden, and parking spaces are also available.
The project will also include commercial space on the ground floor, which will contribute to the improvement of civic amenities and the revitalization of the public space.
The residential offer will be complemented by 8 family houses that will provide comfortable living in a quiet part of the urban development.

Thanks to the Czech company BOUTIQ Development, a new apartment building with a total of 74 modern apartments in 2+kk, 3+kk, and 4+kk layouts will be built as part of the revitalisation of the centre of Dolní Měcholupy. Each unit will offer a balcony, terrace or front garden, and parking spaces are also available.
On the ground floor of the building, a number of commercial spaces will be created for shops and service providers, which will expand the civic amenities of this urban area. Part of the premises may also be used by the Municipal District of Prague - Dolní Měcholupy, for example, for the establishment of surgeries, a municipal police office, or a post office.
The project also includes a new spacious square, which will offer ideal facilities for cultural, social, and sales events.
The residential part will be complemented by 8 family houses, which will bring quiet living in a pleasant location.
