Complete renovation of a historic apartment building in the wider centre of Prague, where new modern apartments will be built ready for occupation in summer 2025.

The revitalization of the house No. 5 on Tachovské náměstí is being carried out by a purely Czech company BOUTIQ Development.

The Žižkov tunnel right next to the house shortens the journey to the neighbouring Karlín district to a few minutes walk. Thanks to this you can reach the metro in 13 minutes. It is a minute walk to the bus and 10 minutes to the tram. Depending on the route you choose, Wenceslas Square can be reached in 15 minutes.

Žižkov is an urban district of the capital city, which is conveniently located near the historical centre of Prague.
